Starting Tuesday, June 6th through Friday, June 9th, Law Enforcement members representing departments and communities all over Massachusetts, will act as “Guardians of the Flame” and carry the Special Olympics Torch and “Flame of Hope” to the Opening Ceremonies of Special Olympics Massachusetts’ Summer Games in Boston as part of the Inaugural LETR Statewide Final Leg.

There will be two Community Celebrations held in the towns the Final Leg will run through to commemorate support for Special Olympics athletes and town partnership between the municipal law enforcement and Special Olympics Massachusetts. We’ll have food and drinks and inviting all local programs and organizations to attend these Community Celebrations!
