“Refleksiv Yoga has brought a world of possibilities to my son’s life. With his
luggage of diagnosis and limitations, this class has crushed those limitations and opened new doors. Generalization of other goals are emerging and new goals are appearing. The constant central focus of calm brings possibilities. This class would be beneficial for all students and to branch out to counseling and family dynamic.” – EL parent of 6 year old
“Our son Joey is delayed in ALL areas of development. We are very fortunate to have such a great Refleksiv yoga class available to us. Its been a positive experience for Joey to work on reaching and strengthening his upper body. Using his vision to see the TRX straps in front of him and reaching with both arms is a goal we continue to work every week. Also, using the TRX straps for stretching his legs which is huge for him. He loves his feet in the TRX straps! He’s so relaxed and content with his legs in this position. I feel like this gives him positive feedback.” – EL Parent
