Boston Braves the Cold and Raises $40,000 for Special Olympics MA

October 17, 2025

On Thursday, Oct. 9th, nearly 150 participants from over 15 different companies and organizations from across Boston dove into Bear Force One with energy, courage, and a shared commitment to Special Olympics Massachusetts. Not only did they brave the icy waters, but together they raised over $40,000 to support athletes across the state.

This evnt wouldn’t have been possible without the generosity and support of our partners. A huge thank you to Cisco Brewers and the Boston Police Department for helping to make it a success, and to the Boston Bruins Foundation for turning up and raising over $10,000 to support athletes statewide.

Every splash, every shiver, and every dollar raised makes a real difference in the lives of Special Olympics athletes. Thank you to everyone who joined, cheered, and donated!
