What is the Boston Jolly Jaunt?

If you are looking for a fun 5K in Massachusetts, look no further. This event is a professionally timed, holiday-themed, Boston 5k. Join us to run or walk and help raise money to benefit local Special Olympics athletes. This flat 5k course through Boston’s Back Bay that has a fun holiday theme with prizes for best costume and jingle bells for each participant! Don’t forget to enter our costume contest on race morning near registration.

When is the Boston Jolly Jaunt?

The annual Boston Jolly Jaunt for Special Olympics Massachusetts, presented by the New Balance Foundation, will take place on December 7, 2019! Grab your most festive holiday gear and head to the Boston Common for the most fun holiday-themed 5K in Massachusetts! This event annually raises more than $150,000 for the athletes of Special Olympics Massachusetts! Check in on the Common begins at 8 a.m. with the run/walk beginning at 9 a.m. Awards ceremony to follow from 9:45  – 11 a.m.
