Boxygen Fitness, located in Newton MA is going to be hosting a 2nd session of their fitness program, Boxygen, to local Special Olympics athletes!!!
For those who did not participate last session, Boxygen is a specialized boxing circuit training class that combines the fundamentals of boxing and heavy bag training with circuit training and functional exercises. There is no physical contact during Boxygen.
Boxygen will be held at the Nonatum Boxing Club located at 75 Adams St, Newton, MA 02458
Orientation Night: all athletes who are signed up are welcome to come to the orientation night, Wednesday January 29th, Come anytime from 6:00-7:00 PM. Come check out the space, meet the trainers, pick up your Boxygen Bag, and ask any questions you may have. Your Boxygen bag will include gloves, wraps, and a tshirt!
Start Date of Program & Program Dates: The program will start the week after the Open House; February 5th 6:00-7:00 PM
This program is a 10 class series: classes will be held every Wednesday 6:00-7:00 PM
