Bridgewater State will be hosting a Unified Soccer program on Wednesdays from 6-6:45pm for athletes 18 years of age or older. Bridgewater State students will serve as Unified Partners for this program. The program runs from October 5th through November 9th. Registration is on a first come, first served basis.

Forms can be downloaded at the link below. A doctor/PCP exam is required (forms are valid for three years from exam date - so it can be an old exam date used).
