Covid-19 and Return to Play Resources

Return to Play and Covid-19 Safety Guidelines and Forms:

Special Olympics Massachusetts will be entering phase 4 of returning to play on Monday, March 22nd, 2021. 

  • Teams are allowed to return to practice. All return to play guidelines for phase 4 such as, gathering allowances, high risk communities, screening protocols, practice guidelines and more can be found in the Phase 4 Return to Play Document. (LAST UPDATED on November 2nd) 
  • As of April 1st, 2021, The Communicable Disease Waiver MUST be completed by all registered athletes and volunteers/coaches returning to play.
  • The Code of Conduct and Risk Assessment Form is a document that should be reviewed and signed by all participants at or prior to practice.
