Lifeworks, Inc. Young Athletes Program (Level 1 & 2)

We are excited to share that we are partnering with Lifeworks, Inc. in Westwood, MA again to host a spring season Level 1 & 2 Young Athletes program! Date, time and location information can be found below:
Dates: Thursdays – April 28th, May 5th, 12th, 19th, May 26th, June 2nd
Time: Level 1 Group from 4:30pm – 5:15pm; Level 2 Group from 5:30pm – 6:15pm
Location: Lifeworks Backyard Grass Area (789 Clapboardtree St, Westwood, MA 02090)
The Level 1 class will be for children ages 2-7 with and without intellectual disabilities, focusing on fun activities that aid in motor skill development areas such as running, jumping, balancing, kicking, catching, throwing and striking. Specific activities covered can be referenced in the Young Athletes Activity Guide.
The Level 2 class will be offered for children ages 6-12, and will focus more on early sport specific training and game play concepts. They will cover track & field skills the first 3 weeks and then soccer skills the last 3 weeks.
We provide a little overlap in age groups depending on which activities each child might be most comfortable participating in.
We will be able to accommodate the first 12 registrations we receive for each group and will then need to start a waitlist from there. Please register through the form here.
