he 2024 Coaches College will be hosting a training for a variety of Special Olympics MA sports!

Trainings Include:

• Soccer: Soccer will focus on Special Olympics transitioning from 5v5 to 7v7 game and how to teach the 7v7 game and formations.

• Power Lifting:  Power Lifting will focus on teaching lifts and rules of competition.

• Floorball:  Floorball will be a introduction to the sport for coaches and review of sport basics.

• Volleyball, Flag Football, Golf & CPR/ First Aid! **please note the first aid class is full

Lunch will be provided for all attendees as well as a light-weight Special Olympics MA pull-over!

• Locations: Forekicks Marlborough and Yawkey Sports Training Center
• We will need your jacket size!

10am - Session one (Pick one: CPR, Power Lifting, Volleyball, Soccer)

12pm - Lunch

1pm - Session Two (Pick one: First Aid, Floorball, Golf, Flag Football) **please note First Aid class is full and no longer taking registrations

3pm - End

Single day young athletes event for ages 7 to 12, held at UMass Dartmouth's Tripp Athletic Center on Sunday, April 21st. Timeframe is 10:30 am to 1 pm. Athletes will go through a series of fun activities and games, with an awards ceremony and snacks at the end.
