Join Us For Unified Bootcamp!
Dont miss out on this fun weekday workout! All fitness levels are welcomed and encouraged to join us. This bootcamp allows individuals to go at their own pace. Family members and friends are welcome to join!!
When: Mondays 5-6pm
Dates: September 12th- November 7th (no classes Sept 19th, Oct 10th and Oct 24th).
What To Expect
- Each class will start with a 5-8 minute warm up including some light movement and stretching.
- Then we will begin the main exercise portion. Each week may vary or look a little different. Some classes we will have exercise stations, some will have fun obstacles course or games.
- Plenty of rest and water breaks
- Lastly, each class will end with a cool down.
- Each class we will incorporate some education based off our Fit 5 books.
What to Bring
- Wear activewear and sneakers
