Improving the health and wellness of athletes is a top priority of Special Olympics Massachusetts.
This includes the Fit 5 Program which promotes healthy habits among teams, Unified fitness programs across the state, and activities at tournaments. With the help of our partners at the Boston Bruins Foundation and their BFit program, we have expanded our fitness offerings at state tournaments and created a video series of training tips and easy exercises for athletes to try at home.
