We are offering a free nutrition workshop in Belmont on Tuesday August 13th & August 27th @ 5:30 PM.

Each session will be 1 hour long. Athletes, parents, siblings, coaches are all welcomed to attend. If you are registering for someone else but ALSO plan to attend please register everyone separately >> the space only holds about 25 individuals so we need to keep track of EVERYBODY who will be attending.

Those who attend both classes will be entered to win a $25 dollar gift card to Stop & Shop as well as a reusable shopping bag.  For those who can only make it to one class, don’t worry each workshop will have a separate raffle to win some SOMA branded items.
