For a lot of people eating healthy can be difficult. Some people arent sure about what foods are healthy, some people are picky eaters and others may think that eating healthy involves making a big change/ is too much effort! However, changing the way you eat or think about food doesnt need to involve a big change, its actually better to start with small changes. So come to one or both of our workshops to learn easy changes that you can make to your nutrition to improve your overall health or sport performance!
Eating healthy can be enjoyable and easy! Athletes, parents, coaches, caregivers, siblings are all welcomed to attend the workshops. Ages 8+.
