Get in the spirit with Special Olympics Massachusetts this holiday season by participating in the Peabody Holiday Torch Run, hosted by the Peabody Police Department, Middleton Police Department, and the Law Enforcement Torch Run program. Join us to run or walk and help raise money benefiting local Special Olympics athletes. This is an officially timed 5k, so you can come for some fun or come to compete! Bring your friends and family, walk, run and dress for the occasion!

Don’t forget to stay for the “Taste of the Town”!

Celebrate your victory after the walk/run with some DELICIOUS food! Featuring nearly 30 different vendors from all over the surrounding towns, bring your appetite and dive into a never-ending feast for lunch. There will be pizza, pasta, wings, sandwiches, pulled pork and steak, mac and cheese, fruits and veggies – you name it and it’s there for you to eat! No shame in getting seconds, there’s plenty to go around!

For those who are not participating in the run/walk, you are welcome to join in the feast! We will have donation canisters out and simply ask for a $10 donation towards the event in exchange for taking part in the Taste of the Town. Invite your friends, family, coworkers, or whoever you want to join in on the fun!
