Sunday Sweat & Mindfulness
Join us for a fun social work out!
Workouts – All workouts will be body weight based so you don’t need to worry about having any equipment. Workouts will include stretching, endurance and strength exercises. Workouts and exercises can be adapted to fit every fitness level!
Mindfulness – At the end of each class we will have a designated time to do some mindfulness work. This could mean meditating, breathing techniques or extra stretching.

Workout with friends but from the comfort of your own home!
** Athletes must have an up to date medical form.** Those who do not currently participant with Special Olympics Massachusetts can still join by filling out and returning a Athlete Medical Form OR by filling out our Virtual Program Waiver
