Sunday Sweat Fitness Program

Start the week off FIT!

Program Dates: March 28th- May 23rd

When: Sundays @4PM

Where: Zoom- you will receive the zoom link once you register. It is the same link each week. I will  also send out the link before the first class.

We will be having an 8 week virtual fitness program on Sundays from 4-4:45PM!

Sundays are the best days to get a workout in, why? You start the new week off right by getting a workout in!

** Athletes must have an up to date medical form.** Those who do not currently participant with Special Olympics Massachusetts can still join by filling out and returning a Athlete Medical Form OR by filling out our Virtual Program Waiver
