Sunday Sweat Virtual Fitness Program

Start The Week With a Sweat!

Program Dates: October 17th- November 28th

When: Sundays @4PM- 5PM

Not all classes will last 1 hour.

Where: Zoom- you will receive the zoom link through a confirmation email. I will also send out a reminder before the first class with the zoom link!  It is the same link each week.

Sundays are the best days to get a workout in, why? You start the new week off right by getting a workout in!

These weekly zooms will include all body weight exercises! Examples include push up, squats, sit ups and jumping jacks. Our head coach of the program makes modifications
so all fitness levels are welcomed.
Workout with friends but from the comfort of your own home!

** Athletes must have an up to date medical form.** Those who do not currently participant with Special Olympics Massachusetts can still join by filling out and returning a Athlete Medical Form OR by filling out our Virtual Program Waiver
