Need Help with your New Years Resolution?

It’s one thing to make a new years resolution, its quite another to act on that new years resolution. That’s where Special Olympics Massachusetts comes in!

If your New Years resolution involves any of the following, we might be able to help you accomplish your 2018 goals AND be a part of the 50th Anniversary celebration of Special Olympics!

 

Getting in shape

>> Check out the #WellnessWednesday posts on our YouTube Channel or Facebook page. Special Olympics Health Messenger, Beth Donahue along with her friends will get in in shape with periodic exercises and wellness tips.

>> Run a 5k. There are a ton of Special Olympics 5k road races across the state. So, set yourself a goal, train, and run your first or your fiftieth 5k with Special Olympics!

>> Join a team! There are always openings for Special Olympics Athletes and Unified partners. Get in the game, Choose tot Include! Get involved Today! 

Boston marathon runners.Run a Marathon, Ride 100 Miles on your Bike, or Compete in a Triathlon

>> If you have set a big time endurance goal, join the Xtra Mile and Run, Bike or Tri while raising awareness and much needed funds for Special Olympics Massachusetts! There are bibs available for the Boston Marathon, Falmouth Road Race, the Boston’s Run to Remember, the Rodman Ride for Kids and many other exclusive races across New England.

>> Volunteer at one of the (over) 250 events throughout the year. You can help with registration, photography, medical assistance, officiating, or one of the many other roles that are critical to supporting the athletes of Special Olympics, right here in Massachusetts! Register to Volunteer Today!

>> Become a coach, assistant coach or join the Games Management Team for one of our season ending tournaments. Volunteer leadership at the local level is what keeps Special Olympics moving forward!
