Stride Challenge

Our 10 week walk, run, roll challenge is 3 weeks in but you can still join! The goal is to walk, run or roll the most miles in 10 weeks. Prizes will be given to those individuals who make it on the top 3 of the leader board the most time throughout the 10 weeks. For more information click HERE

Walking Clubs

Looking for a socially distant safe activity this fall? Walking clubs are the perfect opportunity! We have plenty of walking clubs currently going on. Most clubs will run till mid November. Interested in joining? Its not too late, join for the remaining clubs sessions. Below are the locations of the clubs.

  • Hanover
  • Plymouth
  • Springfield
  • Marlborough
  • Worcester

Live Fitness

Live Fitness is every Wednesday @3PM  for 8 weeks.
All fitness levels are welcomed.

This session will run from October 7th- December 2nd.  ** There will be no class Wednesday November 25th. After the last class we will take 4 weeks for a break during the month of December. The next session (session #2) will resume in January!
