Calling All Soccer Players!
In August we will be hosting 3 virtual soccer session that will incorporate soccer skills & fitness! Soccer is RIGHT around the corner and this is a perfect way to get some touches on the ball before your season starts.
Join us for 1, 2 or all 3 days of the virtual soccer sessions and soccer workout!
And dont worry the skills/ activities picked dont require much movement this way anyone can join from the space they have available to them! Also the fitness activities will be very basic and easy to welcome athletes of all fitness levels.
Virtual Session Dates & Times
Session 1: Monday, August 16th at 5-5:45PM
Session2: Wednesday, August 18th 5-5:45PM
Session3:Thursday, August 19th 5-5:45PM
**Each session will be about 30-45 minutes long. Each will include a warm up, soccer skill, fitness aspect, cool down and of course waterbreak. If you dont have a soccer ball grab another ball similar size (volleyball, kickball or basketball). Zoom information will be sent out either Friday the week before or early Monday before the first session.
What You Need
- A computer or phone for zoom
- Water
- A ball (can still join without a ball and do the fitness activities)
