Virtual Cooking Class!
Learn how to cook healthy and delicious food! Athletes will join an interactive cooking demonstration taught by Umass students. Each class will demonstrate how to cook a different healthy meals/snacks, examples include but arent limited to: muffins, quesadilla, pancakes, and more!
Athletes will not be expected/asked to cook during the class instead they will focus on learning/watching the students cook! Athletes are encouraged to ask any questions they may have about the cooking process, meal we are cooking or any other nutrition questions they may have.
The day after the demonstration, Special Olympics MA will send out the both the recipe and the video of the class so athletes can make the meal themselves!
Details of the Class
- When: June 10th 7-8pm
- **** The class is scheduled for an hour but it might not run the full our every time!
- Where: Zoom (the link wil be sent out the morning of the class)
- What will be cooked: Healthy Caramel Apple Cookie Dough Bites (Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan)

My name is Natalia, and I am a dietetic intern at UMass Amherst to become a Registered Dietitian. I also got my bachelor’s in nutrition at UMass Amherst.
I have special interests in pregnancy and sports nutrition, but overall love learning about all ranges of topics in nutrition!
My happy place is the beach and I love to watch shows and movies, which my family and I did plenty of over quarantine!
