For nearly 50 years Special Olympics has been improving the quality of life for people with intellectual disabilities by providing them with year-round sports training and competition opportunities. Development Manager, Community Fundraising

Special Olympics Massachusetts is embarking on a Back to Better growth phase, with a strategic revenue expansion plan that will allow us to deliver a more robust program to 24,000 participants by the end of 2024. The Development Manager, Community Fundraising will grow new and existing relationships within a targeted geographic area of the state that results in increased fundraising activity. The success of this position will be driven by an ability to identify, cultivate and nurture leaders in the community who can maximize their networks to create an impact for Special Olympics Massachusetts. You will have a natural ability to manage relationships, think creatively, find varied ways for financial and community investment, and keep the organization’s mission at the forefront of all you do.

Manager of Inclusive Schools Programs

The Manager of Inclusive Schools Programs will be responsible for the implementation, growth and programmatic development of all schools programming, including pre-school, elementary, middle and high school, college building and managing Special Olympics partnerships and unified programs. The territory will primarily be in the Norfolk, Bristol, Plymouth, Barnstable and Duke Counties and will require travel throughout the territory.

Development Coordinator

Special Olympics Massachusetts is embarking on a “Back to Better” growth phase, with a strategic revenue expansion plan that will allow us to deliver a more robust program to 24,000 participants by the end of 2024. The Development Coordinator will play an important role supporting and engaging fundraisers and fundraising teams across the Revenue Department, ensuring that they have a tremendous experience with Special Olympics Massachusetts, seeing the personal, business, and mission impact they desire.
