Join the Xtra Mile TCS New York City Marathon team!

The Xtra Mile team for Special Olympics Massachusetts is thrilled to announce we will once again have runners in the 2025 TCS New York City Marathon on Sunday, November 2, 2025. Be a part of our team for this incredible experience and run 26.2 miles for inclusion in biggest Marathon in the world!

Running for Xtra Mile means:

• We'll make sure you've got all the support you need as you fundraise to your $5000 (or higher) goal;
• We'll set you up with Xtra Mile training and race day gear so you'll be the best-looking runner out there;
• We'll hook you up with a tried and true Marathon training program;
• And, of course, you'll be joining a team of runners who are helping Special Olympics change the way the world sees people with disabilities.

10:00AM - Competition Begins/Olympic Town Opens/Soccer Skills Begins
11:30AM - Team Lunches Delivered to Venue Tents
Awards to be given as divisions finish

Event Information
- Parking is available on campus. Volunteers will be on site to direct traffic
- The Parade of Athletes and Opening Ceremonies will take place in front of the Field House, facing the football field
- Fat Belly BBQ, Metz's Cantina, and Whoopie Wagon will be on site and will have food and drinks available for purchase
