Polar Plunge® 2023

We’re Back for the 2023 Polar Plunge season!

Brrrave the cold and take the plunge to support more than 14,000 athletes of all abilities in sports training and competitions Special Olympics Massachusetts offers year-round. All are invited to participate in the Plunge, including individuals, friends and families, and teams representing schools, businesses, organizations, and clubs.

Take the Plunge: Support the Next Generation of Special Olympics Athletes!

Take the Polar Plunge into icy cold waters this winter to help provide over 14,000 athletes with a a safe opportunity to participate in sports training and competition programs that help them live longer, happier, healthier lives. Each plunger will commit to raise at least $100 to support Special Olympics athletes throughout the state. Every dollar raised directly supports year-round sports training and competition for athletes with intellectual disabilities in Massachusetts.
