Virtual Fitness Challenge - Get fit by following the Fit 5 + Strong Minds goals in this challenge! The Fit 5 + Strong Minds goals are to exercise 5 days a week, eat 5 total fruits and vegetables every day, drink 5 bottles of water every day, and practice strong mind exercises 5 days a week. Challenge yourself and improve your health and fitness level by participating in the Fit 5 + Strong Minds challenge
