Aileen Corrigan trains at 3 AM in Kingston, Jamaica, chasing her dream of becoming a six-star marathon finisher. In April 2025, she’ll run the Boston Marathon, not just for herself, but to support Special Olympics MA.
Conrad will be running the 2025 Boston Marathon in support of Special Olympics MA in hopes to not only fundraise money for the organization, but to inspire other athletes. Here is his story and what is motivating him to run 26.2 miles.

Macey Auger embarked on the 2024 Boston Marathon with calmness, ready to advocate for inclusion during her 26.2-mile journey. However, her resolve was tested when a sudden knee injury threatened to derail her race at just 5 miles in.

With both a passion for soccer and the dream of becoming a sports broadcaster, Radley Theolien went into MLS All-Star week as not only an athlete representing the New England Revolution Unified Team, but as a man-on-the-ground reporter.
So far, there are a total of 23 BPS that have committed to being a Unified Champion School, and Special Olympics MA is excited to continue growing that number.
My family loves to get involved. I cannot remember a month without some sort of volunteer event or fundraiser. My mother calls it ‘Irish Charity’, and says that it is simply in our blood to do anything we can for those around us.
