Wednesday Live Fitness Update

No Live Fitness this week!

Special Olympics Massachusetts will be closed on Veterans Day. There will be NO live fitness on Wednesday November 11th, 2020.

Live fitness will return next week November 18th at 3PM.

BUT...

Dont miss a workout! Its important to still be active today. Here are some ways to still be active

  1. Go for a walk, run or bike outside!
  2. Have a dance party!
  3. Try some Fit 5 Exercises
  4. Or click on the video below to do one of our past live fitness workouts!

Brody is running for a more Unified future; but his journey won’t stop at the finish line

As an advocate for inclusion, Brody knew that he didn’t want to run the Boston Marathon just for himself. When he came across the Special Olympics MA Xtra Mile Team, he instantly knew this was the charity he wanted to run for!
