Introducing Wellness Wednesday with Beth Donahue! As a freshly minted Special OlympicsHealth Messenger, Beth will be helping to share wellness tips to make sure we are all staying healthy during and in-between sports seasons. In addition to regular sport specific training, general wellness can play a part in an even more healthy lifestyle. By working out and eating well, you will be more healthy and a better athlete when it comes time to compete!In the inaugural episode, Beth along with her workout partners, Gina and Gregg, teach her audience the squat. With proper technique the squat is a great way to strengthen your core and lower body. Take a look, follow along, and get fit with Beth.
